Data collected via O2's systems

When we process a mobile contract or upgrade on your behalf in store, O2 Telefonica UK's own dealer systems are involved in that process. O2's own privacy policy governs the data they collect directly — you can read it at o2.co.uk/privacy. We only handle the information needed to facilitate the transaction on your behalf.

How we use your information

We use your data to respond to enquiries, process contracts or upgrades on your behalf, improve our website, send relevant communications (only with permission), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We never will.
